Abstract
In 2019 our first paper was published on rings from the Árpád era displaying animal figures regardant, that is with their heads turned back. The summary and the paper itself had a big impact particularly among those in metal detecting circles. This allowed many already found items to be identified and added to our database. The database continues to grow and recent finds have included not only rings but seals, pendants and ornamental seals depicting the same animals as well as humans.
